The outside of the villa has been landscaped and features 3 terraces and a large infinity swimming pool. The villa is built on a hillside and the sloping garden comprises over 1000m2 of land, enclosed by a fence on 3 sides.
The main pool terrace contains an ´L´ shaped infinity swimming pool. This is a salt water pool (no chlorine) and provides stunning views over the Mediterranean sea to the Lerins Islands.
The large pool terrace has a summer kitchen with sink, fridge, gas BBQ and a patio table and chairs for 8. There is also a summer living room with a sofa, 2 arm chairs and a coffee table and a table with seating for eight. The villa also comes with 2 further terraces with sea views. There are two secure car parking spaces with a private lift providing access to all levels.
Prices:
The prices range from €2950 per week during the early season to €5,825.00 per week in High season. There is a 25% non-refundable deposit to be paid at time of reservation. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. All bed linen and towels provided (excluding beach and pool towels). End of rental cleaning included.
