Meet the successful team behind Go South France. The business has been operating in Southern France for over 15 years. We promote affordable, high quality holiday accommodation across the South of France (covering Cote d'Azur, Provence & the Languedoc).

In addition to Go South France, we also run a complimentary website: Long Term Rentals in France (www.longtermrentalsinfrance.com) which specialises in long term lets across the South of France.

Go South France does not charge property owners for advertising their holiday homes on any of its Websites. Instead, we simply take a low booking commission for confirmed reservations. Over a normal month, our websites receive over 50,000 individual visitors. Our objective is to be the premier website for affordable holiday accommodation in the South of France.

 

Iain Laverock - Webmaster

Iain Laverock is the Webmaster for Go South France. Iain designed and built Go South France and he ensures that the site remains high up the search engine rankings. Iain also writes many of the tourism articles on Go South France's about the Languedoc, Provence and the South of France.

Aside from the technical skills in building websites, Iain has developed a specialism for boosting the performance of websites through search engine optimisation techniques. 

Iain, who originally hails from Cambridge in the UK, has lived in the Languedoc with his family for 15 years. Iain's great passions in life is to travel and write about new places to explore. Tara Haacke - Holiday Rentals Manager

Tara Haacke is the Holiday Rentals Manager for Go South France.Tara ensures that everything to do with your vacation goes without a hitch. Tara handles all the correspondence with customers and liaises closely with property owners about availability, pricing and our promotional campaigns. Tara also looks after Go South France's Social Media and she works closely with our affiliate partners (such as Home Away, TripAdvisor and Airbnb).

Prior to joining Go South France, Tara spent 6 years in the French Alps, working on reservations for high-end Ski accommodation. She was also actively involved in the Property Management and providing concierge services.

Tara has a real eye for detail. She works closely with all of the Property Managers to ensure that all of our holiday rental properties are properly equipped and looking immaculate for your stay.

Tara originally hails from the Lake District in Northern England and also spent a large part of her childhood in Ireland. Outside of work, Tara has a passion for animals - she has 2 dogs, 3 cats and is looking forward to keeping chickens and a donkey at her new house in the South of France. Jane Wilson - Reservations Manager

Jane Laverock (affectionately known as 'Jane Go South France' by everybody in the local area) is the chief Reservation Manager for Go South France. Her role is to speedily respond to booking enquiries and general information requests about all the 400 holiday rental properties on Go South France. Jane handles all the correspondence with customers and liaises closely with property owners about availability, pricing and our promotional campaigns.

Originally from Edinburgh, Jane has retained her wonderful Scottish accent despite living outside of Scotland for the last 30 years. Jane has lived all over the world, including Australia, America, Asia and Germany, but is now firmly settled in the South of France.
